Finally, we secure the business investment into these opportunities, closing the sale.

For many companies, having a partner bring in new opportunities and breathing new life into dead opportunities, helping prospects secure funding to fix their problem, and working alongside the customer and the fixer to ensure successful delivery would be enough. But, we take it even further, by providing our Revenue Adoption Authority solution which has 2 components:
Market Authority identifies and selects relevant opportunities to piggyback on our current/previous initiatives, leveraging learnings, approach, and connections to drive additional growth (which can include bringing in new strategic partners, ventures, and/or investors).
Pipeline Authority identifies the relevant opportunities in your pipeline that are stuck in non-decision. We re-engage, resurrect, and reorient the decision makers for these opportunities around a “fix the problem” initiative. This gives you the opportunity to recover revenue from your sunk sales costs.

Our Adoption Authority process typically takes 90 days. During this period, we take the problem we’ve identified and solved for with your initial customer, and we personalize it to other prospects.
Then, we calibrate the problem with these new customers, ensuring that the executives:
Agree to the problem
Agree that they need to fix the problem
Agree they need help to fix the problem.
Once we have permission from executives to bring your company in as a fixer, we will pull you into the process.
Finally, we work with you and the executives for the purpose of conversion of the opportunity by completing our “Lead + Feed + Speed” process which is completed once the prospects agree to invest in fixing the problem and agree that you are the right provider to fix the problem.
